Mostly, we’re slow-cooking and low fuss, but sometimes, we’ll pull out all the stops and all the cookware. The balance may be in a hidden vegetable or sometimes in a balance of sugar and spice, but never in thinking that cashews can be made into alfredo. Don’t listen to anyone who tells you that.
I specialize in Slow-cooking, low-fuss, I’ve-been-on- my–feet- all-day meals. Many freeze up to three months for an enjoyable variety of healthier, American, and Mediterranean-inspired recipes packing in superfoods or hiding vegetables.
Is a busy point in life coming up? Birth of a child, the holidays, or potluck events? Too busy balancing to add immunity-boosting nutrients to your schedule? I’ve got you covered.
Some recipes are not the best frozen, so definitely check out my categories to sort between crockpot, freezer meals, easy meals, and different health-conscious desserts, and decadent desserts.
